    These exercises are easy to follow.

    directly: 곧바로
    Now, say those words directly in English without translating them in your head.

    embarrassed: 부끄러운, 창피한
    You do not feel embarrassed.

    confidence: 자신감
    consistent: 꾸준한
    Easy practice builds confidence, and confidence helps you stay consistent.

    incredible: 놀라운, 대단한
    But if you stay consistent, one day you will suddenly notice something incredible.

    realize: 깨닫다, 알아차리다
    You answered a question in English without translating first, and that moment feels amazing because you finally realize that English is becoming natural for you.
